Mehre Sahand Steel Company is one of the largest producers of steel pipes and profiles in the country. Situated in the industrial city of Salimi, approximately 30 kilometers northwest of Tabriz, the company's operational activities began on a 3.5-hectare site in the year 2008, and it became operational in May] of 2009. Over the past years, the nominal production capacity of this facility has reached 320,000 tons per year for various types of steel pipes and profiles, following four modifications.
